Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, Bench and Crate is proud to offer international shipping to over 180 countries and several US Territories.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be shipped through a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEX. In the case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.
What is your refund policy?
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after a careful inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
What are your delivery options?
All of our items are carefully secured and packaged inside durable cardboard boxes.
Most of our items ship within 10-14 business days from our shop in Virginia. We use UPS for the bulk of our shipments. In order to keep prices for our customers as low as possible,
